By confirming a booking with Mal’s Mobile Bar, the client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Deposit
•A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date.
•The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
•No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received.

2. Cancellations
•All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
•Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event date.
•If cancellation is made with less than 7 days’ notice, the full booking fee may be charged.
•Failure to provide notice may result in loss of any additional payments made.

3. Challenge 25 Policy
•Mal’s Mobile Bar operates a strict Challenge 25 policy.
•Any person who appears under the age of 25 will be required to provide valid photographic ID.
•Acceptable ID includes:
•Passport
•UK Driving Licence
•PASS-approved ID card
•No ID = No service, regardless of age or circumstance.
•Mal’s Mobile Bar reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who cannot produce valid ID.

4. Responsible Alcohol Service
•Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 18.
•Service may be refused to any person who appears intoxicated, aggressive, or disruptive.
•The decision of the bar staff is final and made in line with UK licensing laws.

5. Client Responsibilities
•The client is responsible for ensuring:
•Adequate space for bar setup
•Safe and legal access to the venue
•Any required permissions from the venue or local authority
•Any damage caused to Mal’s Mobile Bar equipment by guests may be charged to the client.

6. Force Majeure
•Mal’s Mobile Bar will not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, illness, accidents, or government restrictions.

7. Liability
•Mal’s Mobile Bar holds appropriate public liability insurance.
•We are not responsible for:
•Guest behaviour
•Alcohol-related incidents beyond our control
•Loss or damage to personal property

8. Acceptance of Terms
•Payment of the deposit and/or balance confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
